How to use it:
1.Brush your teeth before you scrape or brush your tongue. Make sure you also brush behind your teeth to reduce the spread of bacteria from your teeth to your tongue.
2.Pick the style of tongue cleaner you want based on the size of your mouth.
3.Reach the tongue as far back as possible in your mouth and scrape or brush from back to front with firm pressure.
4.Rinse the tongue cleaner between each cleaning. Make sure you wash off all the bacteria and saliva that's collected on the tongue cleaner.
5.Clean your tongue cleaner twice daily after tooth brushing.
